Card terminals in the Odoo Point of Sale
The POS sends the amount to the terminal and the approved card comes back to the order. The Newland terminals run Android, so the Odoo POS also runs on the terminal itself, with a barcode reader and a SIM card for mobile data. Self-order kiosk
Customers order on the Odoo kiosk and pay on the XPago terminal beside it; the order reaches Odoo already paid. Computerland 24" floor kiosk from MXN 59,990 and Telpo K10 counter kiosk MXN 23,200, plus VAT, terminal included.
Online store, invoices and subscriptions
A native Odoo payment provider: the order is confirmed as soon as the bank approves, invoices are marked paid at once, Odoo Subscriptions charge saved cards every period, and you can hold an amount for up to 7 days and capture all or part of it.
Payment links
Create a link from a sales order or an invoice, for the total or a down payment, and send it by WhatsApp or email. The payment is applied to the order by itself.
Interest-free installments (meses sin intereses)
Offer 3, 6, 9 or 12 monthly installments on credit cards, with rules by product, category, tag, product price or order total, and start and end dates. The business pays the fee of each term, so you offer them only where your margin allows.
Up to 10 deposit accounts and reconciliation
Each register, branch or product can deposit to its own account; if a sale mixes accounts, the register splits the charge. Odoo lists every charge with its fee, the VAT on the fee and its deposit account, and flags card charges that never became a sale.
Pricing
From 1.40 % + VAT for preferential business types, depending on your monthly card sales; 2.99 % + VAT for other businesses with Visa and Mastercard, and 3.49 % + VAT with American Express and international cards. No monthly rent, no minimum and no contract term. Deposits arrive the next business day.
Requirements
A business registered in Mexico (RFC) with a Mexican bank account (CLABE) for the deposits. The XPago apps work with Odoo 17, 18, 19 and 20, on your own server or on Odoo.sh; Odoo Online does not allow third-party apps. The apps are free and we send them when your XPago account is opened. Our team works mainly in Spanish.

Does it work outside Mexico?
No. XPago is for businesses registered in Mexico and deposits to Mexican bank accounts in pesos.
Which cards are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, credit and debit, chip, swipe and contactless.
Can I use my existing bank terminal?
No. Each terminal works with its own payment processor; XPago works with its Newland terminals, delivered configured and connected to your Odoo.
Does it work on Odoo Online?
No, Odoo Online does not allow third-party apps. It works on your own server or on Odoo.sh, versions 17 to 20.
When do I get my money?
The next business day, in the account you choose.
